Lembeh island,

If you love small and unusual things, this is the best
place for muck diving. On a typical dive you will find
the pygmy sea horse, hairy frogfish, Mandarin fish, ornate
ghostpipefish, emperor shrimp, bumblebee shrimp, octopus,
cockatoo waspfish, andl many other unusual creatures who
make their home in the lembeh straits. These are some

Diving in Lembeh Straits - North Sulawesi you will
need at least a 5-mil full wetsuit is highly recommended.
Underwater temperature in Lembeh Strait is arround
24o - 27o Celsius

?
Ask Locals where is PATETEN RUKO.
PATETEN RUKO is a place for local boats that goes to
Lembeh island. If you plan to go to one of the dive
resort on Lembeh island, you maybe will hire the boat
which is cost around Rp 75.000 to Rp 150.000, depends
how far the place is and how good you bargain it :) |
